“Welcome to the Family” would be a fitting description to represent the company culture at Hunsaker & Associates Irvine, Inc. In the mode of our founder, Richard Hunsaker, our company is run on family values. We consider our employees and customers family, which gives us a special advantage in our employees’ performance and the exceptional service we provide our clients.
Leadership, Passion, and Commitment
The willingness to help, teach, mentor, and listen is what makes the culture at Hunsaker & Associates Irvine, Inc. second to none! There is a definite feeling that we want each other to succeed individually, but we work as a team. This helps build morale and camaraderie, and we have always been each other’s biggest cheerleaders! Most of our team members have been with H&A Irvine, Inc. for several years. We are more like a family than our competitors, and people work here because they want to. We do our very best to make leadership, passion, and commitment the heart of who we are and have since the company was founded in 1976.
